The Three Little Bears
Read a cute little story perfect for little ones about the three bears, PB, Jelly and PBJ!

Once upon a time in the forest there lived three little bears. There was PB, Jelly and PBJ. The
three
lived in a small blue and yellow cottage that was right in the middle
of the forest. Jelly was the mother of PB and PBJ. One day, they went out to look for delicious ripe
berries.”Don’t go too far from the
cottage” warned Jelly.”Okay!”, shouted out PB. PBJ followed him but PB didn't know.
Just when PB was moving out into the bush he spotted some bright red berries.”I
see some berries!” he exclaimed. PB ran out to get the berries. As soon as he got to the berry
patch he tasted one.”Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm”, he said. PB was enchanced by the berries taste. He saw more
berries ahead of him. Before he could move on he saw a rustling bush. Out of the bush came PBJ.”PBJ!
What are
you doing here?” asked PB.”Oh well. I guess I could come with you to get berries for a
delicious berry pie”, PBJ replied.
So they followed the trail of berries. PB had forgotten about Jelly's warning. The trail of berries
led them to a cave. They didn’t watch where they were
going and they fell into a deep ravine in the cave.”Woah!” cried PB as they landed in the
ravine with a thump.”PBJ, are you alright!?”, asked PB alarmed. PBJ was
whimpering.”I ,sniff, want to, sniff, go back home!” PBJ sobbed.”Oh, now now, PBJ don’t
cry. I promise I’ll find us a way out of here. I will. I'll try!". Just then, a little mouse came
scuttering down the corner. As soon as the mouse saw the bears he started stammering “ P-please,
don’t eat me”. “Why would we eat you?” asked PB, peering down at the tiny creature."WHY WOULD YOU
NOT EAT ME?!", the little mouse screamed."I'll be at your mercy. I'll pay you, um, goldnuts". In the
forest, goldnuts were like money."B-because", PBJ said innocently."Do you know if there's a
way out of here", PB asked."Ummm. Well, yes. I do, but why ask?"."We were looking for berries and
then we fell in here", PBJ exclaimed. PB suddenly turned as red as a strawberry in embarrassment.
The little mouse suddenly burst in fits of laughter. PBJ crossed his arms."Why are you laughing?!",
PBJ stomped his foot angrily.
The mouse stopped laughing."Oh, right. Ahem, now", the mouse cleared
his throat."Follow me!", he exclaimed. PB and PBJ trailed behind him."PB, why does this mouse have
such a big bottom?", PBJ asked."PBJ, shush!", PB hissed. The mouse suddenly turned around."Excuse
me?", the mouse said. He looked quite offended."Oh, nothing", PB said through gritted teeth."PB, PB,
look, look, look!", PBJ exclaimed happily. PB saw an opening, and through the opening, sunlight was
shining through. The mouse led them closer to the opening. When they got to the opening, PB thanked
the mouse."Thank you", PB said as he shook the mouse's time paw. "Anytime". The mouse gave PB a
toothy smile."Here's my business card", the mouse said as he pulled out a square-shaped piece of
bark. It was a picture of the mouse wearing a short sleeved yellow shirt and denim shorts. It said:
JERRY STILTON, TOUR GUIDE OF MOUSE RAVINE, NUMBER: 0800 TOUR 4 U, ADDRESS: 059, THE MOUSE'S DEN,
LUSHY GREEN FOREST."Uh, thank you Jerry.", PB said politely. "You bears are nicer than expected, but
I'd better go home now. Can't keep my kids and wife waiting", Jerry said jollily as he strutted off.
"PB, I'm hungry", PBJ moaned."Here, you can have some berries", PB handed PBJ some berries in his
paw. PBJ had soon emptied the whole basket of berries."PBJ! What have you done?!", Pb said
frustrated."Sorry!". PB spotted a huge bush of berries."Oh my goodness!", PB exclaimed."Look at all
those berries!". PB and PBJ started to stuff as many berries as they could into their basket. Soon,
their basket was filled to the brim with berries. They followed the trail of berries, and guess
where it led them? Back home, the place where everyone loves!
